The Golden Gate Bridge and the Full Lunar Eclipse

Conjunction

Early Saturday morning along the beach next to Chrissy Field there was a positively massive gathering of photographers to capture the full lunar eclipse setting behind the south tower of the Golden Gate Bridge. A friend and I were on hand to watch the show. It was a rare conjunction of the fully eclipsed moon setting just before daybreak, and the last full lunar eclipse until 2014.
